This is the moment a father climbs up a waterslide to rescue his terrified daughter after she gets stuck in a popular adventure park in the UK.
Andrew Reese, 38, headed to Gulliver’s World in Warrington on Saturday 10 July with his wife Emma, 41, for the birthday of their six-year-old daughter Sienna.
Disaster strikes the Merseyside family when Sienna decides to go down the waterslide but the boat caps up midway.
Seeing that his daughter was “scared”, Andrew rushed to the rescue and climbed the slide, after the help the staff requested took too long to arrive.
In a video shot by Emma, Andrew is seen making his way up the waterslide to save his daughter.

Emma is heard laughing in the background as he tries to climb up the vertical part of the slide.
People cheer when Andrew manages to get to the part of the slide where Sienna got stuck and starts trying to unwedge the boat.
The father proves difficult, and eventually manages to free the boat.
However, this is not the easiest way to slide and Andrew has to use his feet to pull the boat. Emma is heard to whoop just as the pair reach the bottom.
“Sienna was upset and was crying on the boat and we could see she was scared, and the staff called for help on the radio, but it took too long,” Emma told MailOnline.

The sun was shining on her and she was afraid. Her dad suggested climbing up the water slide and I said he couldn’t because it would slide again.
Emma added, “But… Andrew, Andrew, he stepped up to save our daughter.
He was our hero and Sienna was so happy her dad stepped up to save her.
Emma said she found it “funny to watch him try to climb up the slope” but was so grateful he was there to help Sienna.
