“I’ll let Kyle really explain, but they don’t break up,” Erica shared with her painting Journal, via TikTok, of Kyle and Mauricio’s alleged breakup.
“They’ve had a very difficult time. They acknowledge that,” she continued. “And I think it’s best that she tells her own story throughout this season. Because I remember when I was going through the divorce/disaster scandal, there were so many people talking who really didn’t know what I was going through. They filled in the blanks and I don’t want to do that to her.”
“I just know it was very difficult, and she’ll be able to see that. She’ll be able to explain herself, and that’s where I’d like to leave that,” Erika added, emphasizing that the marital rift would be chronicled in RHOBH Season 13.
As for the time she spent with the alleged victims of her 84-year-old ex-husband, who is currently residing in an assisted living facility, Erica attended the event held by a company she founded. In addition to speaking with victims of Thomas’s fraud, including alleged settlement money, Erika filmed an interview for the Los Angeles Times.
“They seemed very serious yet engaged during their discussion,” an eyewitness told Page Six, indicating that Erika was in “good spirits.”
Among those who attended the event with Erica were Josie Hernandezwho recruited Thomas’ team after a number of failed surgeries to treat “incontinence problems,” and W Nancy Marstonwho worked with Thomas on a case involving lottery winnings.
The NoFilterWithZack Instagram page also posted some video footage of Erika posing with the women Tom has accused of fraud.
“I think we’re moving on,” Nancy said of herself and Erica, “and I think maybe we can help each other.” “We can help some of the victims.”
As for Kimberly, she was happy to see Erika interact with those who have been influenced by Thomas.
“I think it’s hard even for some of the lawyers and people prosecuting these kind of cases to understand. So I think it would be illogical to think that Erika knows,” she admitted. “I never thought she stole money or anything like that. My only thing is how it got to the victims, and now that erases any of that clearly because she’s making a concerted effort to make the victims feel better.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 is expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime this fall.
