Speaking to The New York Times about her Sports Illustrated cover shoot, Martha Stewart said she doesn’t plan on getting plastic surgery and explained that her skincare routine and diet have helped her look youthful. Stewart gets her facial at Mario Badescu Salon in New York. Facial esthetician Carmela Barabbas told Vogue that Stewart’s facials focus on providing glowing, rejuvenated skin. However, Stewart admitted to Variety that she’s gotten fillers, but noted that she doesn’t like Botox.
While Stewart didn’t elaborate, her dermatologist, Dr. Daniel Belkin, told the New York Times in 2022 that Stewart is getting “non-surgical” or “minimally invasive” cosmetic work. Furthermore, Stewart transferred to Variety who prepared her extensively for her photography for Sports Illustrated. She did pilates a few times a week, waxed, got a spray tan, and did facials. She also did not drink alcohol and told Al-Youm that she had “not eaten bread or pasta for two months”.
Her diet and beauty treatments aren’t the only things Stewart believes keep her looking younger than her years. In an interview with Well + Good, she said that staying active through gardening and other household chores keeps her young. Furthermore, Stewart told Yahoo! A life that travels and spends time with her family and friends is a must.
