Preview, match ticket, predictions, where to watch, how to buy tickets?

What was supposed to be King Of The Ring 2023 has become Night Of Champions, and instead of the winner getting a crown, we now have a fight between Seth Freakin’ Rollins and AJ Styles for the new World Heavyweight Championship. Every WWE fan is looking forward to seeing where WWE takes this match, as well as the rest of the show.

The Night of Champions will feature 5 championship matches. Brock and Cody would fight each other while in the women’s division, Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus would face each other. So, right up until the match kicks off, nothing can be said because WWE is unpredictable most of the time. But we like to make predictions based on WWE history and how they plan WWE storylines and wins.

WWE Night of Champions 2023 match card

  • AJ Styles vs Seth Rollins – World Heavyweight Championship
  • Roman Reigns & Solo Sekoa vs Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens – WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship
  • Gunther vs. Mustafa Ali – Intercontinental Championship
  • Bianca Belair vs. Asuka – WWE RAW Women’s Championship
  • Rhea Ripley vs. Natalya – WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship
  • Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar
  • Becky Lynch vs. Trish Stratus

AJ Styles vs Seth Rollins – World Heavyweight Championship

AJ Styles and Seth Rollins are both guys who are really in their league when it comes to ring wits. Nobody gets close to both men. But now at Night of Champions, both Superstars are gearing up to face each other in the NEW WORD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP.

Who wants to win?

So, if we had to guess, we’d go with AJ Styles. Not many would agree I know. So, AJ Styles because he’s definitely retiring this year, or if not this year but next year for sure. With his injury-prone body, “The Phenomenal One” getting into the ring became extremely dangerous. Therefore, it would be a good opportunity for WWE to give “The Phenomenal One” what he deserves. Also, WWE wants to reignite the rivalry between the SHIELD brothers – Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. So, for this to happen, Seth Rollins would have to come to the blue brand and it would only happen if AJ Styles got the gold in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Predicted winner: AJ Styles

Roman Reigns & Solo Sekoa vs Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens – WWE Undisputed Tag Team Championship

Finally, Roman Reigns will face both of his enemies at the Night of Champion PPV. He wanted to prove his worth as the “Tribal Boss” by removing Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens as the undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions. But with vengeance raging deep within Zayn and Owens, it will be interesting to see who picks up the win.

Who wants to win?

First of all, Roman Reigns has been undefeated for almost 3 years now, and with him already holding the Undisputed WWE Championship, WWE may not give him the Tag Team Championship to Reigns as it could affect what WWE has planned to build for years. So, no brainer. Owens and Zayn will steal the win from the Head of the Table mouth. Also, with the crack forming in The Bloodline, it is imperative to stop the coming destruction and fall of the Roman Reigns.

Predicted winner: Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens

Gunther vs. Mustafa Ali – Intercontinental Championship

Gunther is undefeated since debuting on the main roster and his next opponent is none other than Mustafa Ali. Ali got this opportunity after winning the Battle Royale to decide the number. 1 contender for the IC Champion. Now, it will be interesting to see if it will be a squash match or if WWE plans it as a long match.

Who wants to win?

If we look at Mustafa Ali and how GUNTHER’s dominance has been over the past years, it would be hard to imagine him winning against GUNTHER. The situation is as if a man had to fight someone twice his size. But with WWE staging a Night of Champions in Jeddah, there’s a big chance Mustafa Ali will win his first IC Championship.

Expected winner: Mustafa Ali

Bianca Belair vs. Asuka – WWE RAW Women’s Championship

WWE should take a long-term approach to Bianca Belair. She’s now been booed at two back-to-back live events, WrestleMania and Backlash, and while I think she’ll have cheer today, I wouldn’t put a lot of money on her. that’s the problem. If someone was supposed to be the annual babyface champ, you’d think they’d get a standing ovation. They aren’t now, not because it’s not good, but because her character hasn’t had any interesting stories or meaningful growth in months. As a result, I would expect Belair to lose her championship very soon but not on Night of Champions. Because a change of heels might happen, or Charlotte Flair might seem to be taking back what was right.

Predicted winner: Bianca Belair

Rhea Ripley vs. Natalya – WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship

With all due respect to newly promoted writer Cameron Grimes, Rhea Ripley is well over the moon, and it wouldn’t surprise me in the least if we were talking about her being the best female wrestler in the company’s history. 10 years from now.

She has everything she could want in a WWE Superstar, and Judgment Day, who always had huge potential, feels even hotter now that Finn has managed to take on a resurgent Shinsuke Nakamura, and Damien Priest is at an all-time high after his impressive footing. The performance is in backlash, and Dominic Mysterio still gets booed every time he tries to speak. So, without a doubt I will say, Ripley will win.

Expected winner: Rhea Ripley

Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar is one of the strongest powers in WWE history, but his luster has started to fade in the past year or two. He lost a number of important battles, and while he deserves the credit for putting people down, the end result of all those losses was the deterioration of his character. You can’t keep losing and you’ll still be The Beast, which is why I believe he’ll win today against Cody Rhodes, most likely by moving the arm he injured on Raw earlier this week.

In Backlash, he was outmatched by The American Nightmare. If Lesnar wins, they can fight again at SummerSlam or Money In The Bank before Brock returns to his ranch for a few months off. He would leave in a way fans are pumped for his return, and Rhodes would pick up the biggest wins of his WWE career against an icon of all time.

Predicted winner: Brock Lesnar

Trish Stratus vs. Becky Lynch

Trish Stratus and Becky Lynch were friends at the start of the year. In fact, Stratus and Lynch worked with Lita to defeat Damage Team members CTRL Bayley, Dakota Kai and IYO Sky in a six-woman tag team match at WrestleMania 39. Stratus saw that Becky was getting more attention than her a few days after the show. or immortals.

Even the WWE Hall of Famer felt fans didn’t treat her with respect. As a result, Trish Stratus assaulted Lita, who was then co-owner of the WWE Women’s Championship with Becky Lynch. Next, Stratus took Lita’s place in the title fight, teaming with Becky against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.

The new WWE Tag Team Champions are Liv and Raquel, who defeated Becky and Trish. Trish lost her cool and assaulted Becky just before the program ended. Because of Trish’s assault, the Irish superstar missed some episodes of RAW. But this week on RAW both women signed contracts confirming their fight.

Who wants to win?

WWE wants a trio of fights between these two superstars, with the next two matches taking place at Money in the Bank and SummerSlam, based on the angry promotions they exchanged. Becky Lynch would have to lose for that to happen. You may not lose on purpose, but Trish Stratus winning is the most reasonable prediction.

Predicted winner: Trish Stratus
